We're excited to announce the repress of NEWTOWN NEUROTICS - When The Oil Runs Out - 7" (1980)!!!
If there was a vote for the best lyrical content in the 80s Punk songs, Steve Drewett of Newtown Neurotics would probably have blown everyone out of the water with his sharp to the point lyrics about the socio-political situation in the UK back during the Thatcherism. That aside, Newtown Neurotics were one of the best UK Punk bands of the second Punk wave. Take for example their debut album "Beggars Can Be Choosers" from 1983 which contains a hit after hit: The Mess, Living With Unemployment, Get Up And Fight, No Respect, Life In Their Hands,... I can't think of another Punk album so consistently good all the way through. Melodic political Punk anthems that deal both with political as well as social issues and are as actual today as they were back in the 80s.When The Oil Runs Out was their second 7" released in 1980. We're repressing it identical to the original with the original covers from back in the day! 450 copies on black, 50 on color. Out on, of course, the 1st of May! What better date could we have possibly found?! :)
You can preorder a copy for 5 euros a piece (black vinyl) or 8 euros a piece (color vinyl) here.

The second EP for NAPRED U PROSLOST on No Plan Records!!!
On the 1st of May we´re releasing the second 7"EP by Napred U Proslost titled "Komunizam".
Following the highly acclaimed first EP named "1985" after the year those recordings were made, we are putting out the second EP containing songs from their second, third and fourth demo tape recorded in 1985 and 1986. Great raw, poignant, sincere HC/Punk from rural ex-Yugoslavia. It´s one of the best hidden secrets from the 80s HC/Punk scene in ex-YU and we´re finally doing justice to these incredible songs never released on vinyl before. Here´s how MRR described their first EP: "Wow! What a record! This is a real diamond in the rough... Something about these compositions screams discontent and revolution....More please!"
We are pressing 300 copies on black and 50 copies on red vinyl. You can preorder these for 5 euros a piece (black vinyl) or 8 euros a piece (red vinyl) here.
Listen to a couple of songs from the 7" here: NO PLAN Records.

KLAXON - s/t 7"EP to come out in April on the 30th anniversary of its release!!!
Here´s No Plan Records release number four. KLAXON - s/t 7"EP, released back in 1984 by these three kids from Rome on their own Klaxon Records.
The band formed back in 1979 under a different name and during the early years released this debut 7". One year later, one of their songs was included on Quelli Che Urlano Ancora LP, one of the best punk rock/oi compilations made in Italy. However, that same year the group disbanded. The drummer played for a while with Underground Arrows while the other two joined Garcon Fatal. Still, about 10 years later the band reformed again and is nowadays playing live and recording.
This 7" represents arguably their best material. Five punk rock songs with great melodies and sang both in English and Italian. The original 7" has reached the price of about 100 euros for a copy and we´re extremely happy to bring this 7" out again together with the band.
We´ll be pressing 450 copies on black vinyl and 50 copies on color. You can preorder your copy for 5 euros (+ postage) for the black vinyl or 8 euros (+ postage) for the color vinyl here .

NAPRED U PROSLOST - 1985 7" out on NO PLAN Records!
The third release on NO PLAN records is this amazing 7" by a cult 80s punk/HC band from Yugoslavia called NAPRED U PROSLOST. It's a 6 song EP that will seriously blow your mind! One of the most obscure Yugoslav HC/Punk bands from the 80s and 90s retained a cult status throughout their career despite releasing 10 (!!!) albums. One of the biggest reasons for this was lack of touring as they only twice (!!!) played outside the borders of their own country: in Poland and Hungary. These 6 tracks come from their first two unreleased demos and is arguably their best material. Excellent HC/punk with by far the best lyric content that could be found in HC/punk songs!
Recorded in 1985, these songs finally see the light of day on this amazing record.
There are 300 copies on black vinyl and a limited "Septic" edition of 50 on silver vinyl.
You can order your copy for 5 euros (+ postage) for the black vinyl or 8 euros (+ postage) for the silver vinyl here. It´s selling like hot cakes, so get your copy while we still have some!
And if you´re curious what it all sounds like, here you can hear a couple of songs from this six track EP: NO PLAN Records
